Nourishing Pineapple Smoothie

Fat-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, raw, vegan
Ingredients:
1 cup of chopped pineapple
2 kale leaves
1 cup of spinach
3 cilantro leaves
cinnamon
1 cup of water
Preparation:
- Chop pineapple
- Put pineapple, kale, spinach and cilantro into a blender
- Pour a cup of water
- Blend it all together with a bit of cinnamon until smooth
- Serve in a glass with a straw
