About Your Yoga Instructor:

Meg Galarza

Meg Galarza is a seasoned yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience. She’s the founder of YogaOne Studio in Cedarburg and has led teacher training programs and retreats worldwide.

Her dynamic vinyasa flow classes blend power, creativity, and adaptability, guiding students to connect with their bodies and minds. Meg’s journey with yoga began early, influenced by her family’s meditation and yoga practices. She’s studied Vedic Science, Ayurveda, and Sanskrit, and holds a B.B.A. in Finance.

Recognized as a “Top Milwaukee Practitioner” in Yoga Instruction, Meg is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). Join her on the mat at Blue Osa to experience the transformative power of yoga.
