Sherry Shaban, Bsc, CAT(C), D.O. is an extraordinary fitness and life coach who’s battled back from the brink of paralysis to transform not only her body but her entire outlook on life.

Sherry will challenge your conventional wisdom on dieting and fitness, limiting beliefs and self-sabotage, and what you can do differently. She unpacks the nuances of ‘transformation’ versus ‘results,’ and how you can move from a life of limitations to one of endless possibilities through her unique way of working with the nervous system.

Sherry believes that all self-sabotaging patterns stem from nervous system dysregulation. From the role of intuitive eating and movement to overcoming chronic pain, to the habits that define success in finances, relationships and “athletes” in all
walks of life. Sherry offers a holistic approach to optimizing your mind, body and health from the inside out – so you attract abundance, align with your true purpose, and embody the life you’ve always envisioned.

Sherry is well known in the health and fitness industry as an osteopath and an anti-diet health and life coach from Montreal, Qc. She’s a certified hypnotherapist and yoga practitioner.
