I’ve been teaching yoga since 2013. After suffering from an injury that caused chronic back and neck pain, I found relief in the careful application of yoga and bodywork. This propelled me to study various forms of body and energy work. It is my experience that through the body, we can discover our own source of healing
and personal transformation.
I’ve trained in many different schools of yoga including Therapeutic yoga, Restorative yoga, and Ashtanga Vinyasa. Regardless of style, my intention is to guide students to embody yoga principles through asana. I enjoy teaching to all levels, offering variations and modifications for all abilities. My classes often have an anatomical or philosophical theme and offer a blend of guided meditation, pranayama, and hands-on assists (with student consent). I invite you to show up to your mat, just as you are.
