Ingredients:
2 cups oatmeal
2 cups cooked red kidney beans
1 1/2 cups raisins
1 banana
3 tablespoons coffee
2 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 cup sugar-free cocoa powder
Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl
2. Shape mixture into balls
3. Roll balls into dry shredded coconut
4. Store covered in the refrigerator
