“The trip with Mimi and Jamie to Blue Osa is such a special experience. Imagine spendinf a week in paradise where you forget about time on a clock and instead embrace the rhythm and sounds of the ocean and jungle as your guide—waking with the birds at sunrise and quieting as the evening sets in. Mimi and Jamie offer such lovely and supportive yoga experiences to ground you each day, but also the encouragement to explore what resting and restoring looks like to you—whether that’s a quiet beach walk, an excursion to go surfing, a luxurious massage, or an afternoon spent by the pool. You meet a wonderful community of people from all sorts of backgrounds and experiences, and let ease take over. Leaving after a week is as hard you’d think.”
