About Your Yoga Instructor:

Nicola Dehlinger, ND

I’m Dr. Nicola, board-certified naturopathic doctor and expert in treating anxiety, depression and insomnia. More importantly, I’m a human who has transformed my relationship with myself, accessing experiences that were beyond what I thought was possible. I have learned the importance of being in alignment with myself and how to deal with the obstacles that used to get in the way of me choosing from my Knowing, no matter what.

I created this retreat as an intensive opportunity for you to consider what you want your life to look like and move boldly in that direction, rather than be tossed around by what everyone else wants from you.

As your guide, I will help you slow down and listen. Through the process of re-pairing, you will see that you are your wisest advisor. By connecting you back to yourself, you will discover that you actually know EXACTLY what’s required to heal. We will face the perceived obstacles and explore the unknown together. We will challenge old belief systems and allow them to fall away as we call in a new point of view. I’ll assist you in creating the changes you desire that will ignite your life.
