My yoga journey began with a desire to improve my appearance, but it quickly transformed into something much deeper. While I initially started to achieve a physique like a friend’s, yoga’s impact went beyond the physical. It brought healing and self-acceptance I couldn’t articulate at the time.
Now, as a 13-year yoga teacher and trainer, I create classes that blend structure with intuitive movement. My classes emphasize breathwork, nervous system regulation, and body awareness to guide students towards their full potential.
My fascination with the human body as a bio-psycho-social being fuels my teaching. I believe health encompasses physicality, mental well-being, and social connections. True health allows us to live with ease, freedom, and joy, not to conform to beauty standards.
