Jennifer’s decade-long journey as a yoga teacher is rooted in her lifelong practice. She initially turned to yoga for physical fitness but soon discovered its profound impact on her mental and emotional well-being. The clarity, peace, and present-moment awareness cultivated through yoga ignited a passion that led her to share this transformative practice with others.
Jennifer’s classes blend various styles, emphasizing flow, strength, and gentle moments. Her teaching philosophy centers around presence, humor, and connection. She is deeply grateful to her students for providing her with the opportunity to teach, relate, and inspire.
Jennifer acknowledges the significant influence of her primary teacher, Rolf Gates, and expresses gratitude for her loving family. She cherishes the daily journey of life with her son Tanner and husband Alan.
