We are so blessed to have abundant mango trees on the Osa Peninsula in Costa Rica. There are so many ways to enjoy this delicious superfruit that’s packed with over 20 vitamins and minerals. One of our favorite mango recipes at Blue Osa is our Costa Rican Sweet and Spicy Mango Salsa because of its versatility.
This mango salsa is crisp, juicy, and has just the right amount of picante! It’s the perfect, healthy topping for fish, chicken or can even be used as a salad dressing. Each sumptuous bite will make you feel like you are right back at Blue Osa.
