Orange Basil Salad Vinaigrette

This unexpected combination of ingredients will enhance any salad, but why stop at lettuce? Serve this with chicken or fish or veggies and add a real twist to the dish. It’s fresh and it’s new…a big hit.

Orange Basil Salad Vinaigrette

Gluten Free, dairy free, fat-free & vegetarian

Ingredients:

Serves 6

Ingredients
1 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoons of nut oil
2 teaspoons of mustard
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoons of white vinegar
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
3 oranges, juiced
A small handful of fresh basil, chopped

Preparation:

  • combine ingredients in a bowl.
  • mix well or combine in a blender and pulse.
  • don’t over mix.
  • These simple fresh ingredients mixed into the vinaigrette will make for a healthy and fresh meal!
